The south entrance to the new Pioneer Bike Trail starts at Grande Tours. The biker can start at our office and travel one-way where we can arrange a pick up for an additional fee. If you prefer, make it a round-trip.

This ride will be a nine-mile one-way trek that is 100% off road from start to finish.
With the completion of the new Placida Bridge on 771 the trail is completely off highway and mostly through the woods and marshland. The trail is new, opening the last of 2011 after many years of planning and under construction. There are many sighting of abundant wildlife and birding along the trail. A new bridge for bikes was constructed crossing the east fork of Coral Creek.
The 18 mile round trip is the most popular, but don't forget that we offer a pick up service at the end of the 9 mile trek. Just lets us know what you would like and we will do the rest.
If you also would like to ride the 7 mile Boca Grande bike path, we can arrange bikes for you over the bridge with our island partners . We do not recommend biking over the narrow toll bridge to Boca.
All children under 16 years are required to wear helmets. We encourage everyone to wear one.
