The ultimate unique experience!
Our transport boat provides an opportunity for paddlers and fishermen to reach remote areas that are unobtainable to some paddlers. (Depending on your level of experience). We will transport you and a kayak with equipment in our comfortable boat to a predetermined remote area located in Charlotte Harbor Aquatic Preserve. When we arrive the kayaks will be deployed and you will paddle the return trip back to our waterside office.(Your choice with or without a guide)
This 3 to 4 hour paddle will give you an opportunity to see some of the most beautiful, scenic “backcountry areas” on the water. Frequent sighting of dolphin, manatee, white pelicans and more. Fisherman and nature lovers will consider this a highlight of their visit.
Boat assisted trips start around 9:00 am unless other arrangements are made. You should bring beverages and food, sunglasses, hats and sunscreen and wear comfortable clothing and water shoes. Please, no bare feet!
YOUR CHOICE of Boat Assisted Kayaking…………
#1 Be Transported by boat and accompanied by a Florida Master Naturalist to a remote area for a 3 to 4 hour, paddle returning to our waterside headquarters. You will have the opportunity to hear about local history and view abundant wildlife, marine life and lots of birding! Drop off is near White Pelican Island (winter home for white pelicans) then paddle among mangrove island lined waterways.
COST: $125.00 per kayaker, includes boat transportation, guide, and all equipment. Reservations are required.
#2 Boat Assisted Kayaking without a guide. We will transport you and our rental kayaks to a pre determined drop off area. At your own leisure you will return paddle to our waterside headquarters. No guide, 3 to 4 hours paddle time.
COST: $90.00 per person. Reservations are required.
#3 Boat Assisted Kayak Transportation: Using your own kayaks and equipment. This trip is a one way drop off shuttle service. We will help you pick the drop off point.
COST: $45.00 per person. Reservations are required.
No guide, your equipment and kayak.

KAYAK/SUP STORAGE: One of Florida’s only “kayak marinas.” You store and have unlimited use of our facilities. Covered storage, protected parking area, clean bathrooms, padded launch and wash down area. RATES: $35.00 per month annual or $40.00 per month seasonal.
