It must be fall, the newsletter is rolling again! We’ve got a lot to catch up on… Our hours of operation are once again 8:30 am till 4:30pm, 7 days a week and we will close on Christmas Day.
CLEAN UP DAY A SUCCESS! We want to thank the Port Charlotte Kayak Club for having a “clean up” day on the Woolverton Trails. We fired up the grill and had a great time after the work was done. We offer free launch fee and free hot dogs to any group or outfitter that would like to give us a hand in maintaining the trails. I was happy to see most of the markers were in place and now the entrance signage is hanging straight again!! Thanks to you all that worked so hard.
FREE SEMINARS Kayak Fishing Guide Bill Sigsby will once again be offering FREE kayak fishing seminars every 2^nd Tuesday from November through April starting at 6:30 pm right here at Grande Tours. Reservations are not necessary.	Bill Sigsbee
	SUP INSTRUCTION Also we are proud to have the only certified Standup Board instructor in the county. Paige will be heading up our lesson/tours and sales on the SUP’s. Have you tried one? She makes it look easy and can make it easy for you. Give us a call to make a reservation for a lesson or tour and join others on the fastest growing water sport today! How about Yoga on the water? (Y.O.W.) She can make it happen!! Come by and check out our new SUP sales room.
INSPIRING SUP STORY Michele Baldwin, age 45, recently found that her cervical cancer was advancing rapidly She will travel to India for a 700-mile standup-paddleboard expedition down the Ganges Rivers. Click the photo to read the story.

Come by and meet some new staff and say hi to the regulars. We welcome the addition of Harry Hite, as heading up our sales department as well as guiding kayak tours.
We have added to our rental fleet Hobie kayaks that you may rent and we have become an authorized dealer for the very popular GoPro waterproof video cameras that go anywhere you go! Check them out and take a look at our new “transport boat” for boat assisted kayaking! (See web site)
	BIKE RENTALS Soon there will be a “grand opening” for the new, paved Pioneer Bike Trail. Grande Tours will offer bike rentals. With the new sidewalk and Placida bridge this will allow you to start at Grande Tours, travel 9 miles (one way) and never go on a vehicle road way. It’s a beautiful ride through the “old Florida” woods and hammocks. The County constructed a new bike bridge over the East fork of Coral Creek. Bikers have reported frequent sightings of wildlife and feel save being completely off the roadways. We’ve got new bikes and ready to go.
